Led design thinking workshops in schools and colleges, guiding students through hands-on problem-solving, user-centered thinking, and rapid prototyping.
From people I’ve worked with
I had the chance to manage Saad at Motive, where he led some of our more complex bets across projects in our international team. Over time, I’ve seen him grow into a more opinionated product designer, grounding his decisions in customer context and backing them up with solid craft (specs/artifacts/prototypes). At the same time, he stays collaborative, low-ego, and easy to work with, which matters just as much on these kinds of problems.
